Truffle Hunting Tour

The tour starts near the truffle farm with a short transfer by an attractive train which will take you to there.

Upon arrival the host will be greet you with a welcoming cup of linden tea. After that he will give you a small presentation about truffle hunting farming. He will enplane you in more details about his work, helped by professionally trained dogs and proven to be “professionals”.

Later you will enter the forest and the demonstration of truffle hunting will begin. You will have the opportunity to witness a completely real hunt and to see the reaction and work of the truffle hunting dogs. By the way you will definitely love them.

After the demonstration enjoy a high quality truffle goods tasting. All these gourmet products are locally produced by the hosts and are protected by own brand “Thracian truffles”.

You will have a chance to taste the following:

• Black summer truffle paste brochette, based on olive oil pasta.
• White truffle paste brochette, based on mushroom paste and truffle
• Brochette with white truffle “Sauce Royal” – based on cream, cheese, white truffle
• Chocolates with pieces of white and black truffle – the first Bulgarian chocolates that contain pieces of white and black truffle.
• Min. Water – 1 bottle. (330 ml.) / Per person
• Linden tea collected and prepared from the nearby linden forest
• A glass of wine from local producers.
